A history of advocacy and action

Rams for PRIDE was established in 2025 thanks to the support and guidance of a group of dedicated members of the VCU LGBTQ+ community. The initiative’s goal is to empower individuals, amplify voices and cultivate meaningful connections.

Gay Alliance of Students’ 50th Anniversary

Starting in October 2025, a yearlong celebration of the movement that led to VCU’s first LGBTQ+ student organization and paved the way for organizations in five other states.
